The San Patricio Squadron is a group of people who are going to play the online game "Pirates of the Burning Sea" (pre-realease1/7/07) together on the Spanish side, and who have decided to play under a common name to enhance the gaming experience.
POTBS is a massive online multi-player game covering the struggle to control the Caribbean during the 18th century (from ca 1720). It's a game of three sides (British, French and Spanish) locked in struggle for domination over the Caribbean with a fourth side - Pirates - ready to strike everywhere.
The San Patricio Squadron was founded by Donegal during closed beta, He had been watching the development of this game years before its release and had an interest the history of the actual San Patricio Battalion.
We are looking for dedicated, mature players to join us for a casual and fun gaming experience. If you are interested in joining us please register in the forums and post in the recruitment thread.(Here)
